Who I Am

I have been working in the wedding industry for over ten years, and my passion for weddings has only grown!  I started this journey by working at my hometown wedding dress boutique and falling in love with the excitement of wedding planning. Once I moved to Minneapolis, I worked at a local rental formalwear company (so if anyone needs a button sewed on or pants fixed at the wedding, let me know). Afterwards, I was given an amazing opportunity to become the Wedding Coordinator and Catering Director for a Burnsville hotel. All of this experience led to me pursuing wedding coordinating for my own company. Rosewood Events & Weddings began as a fun hobby in 2016, and in time, became my full-time, amazing career. I am beyond grateful to do what I love and help people plan an unforgettable day!

Once people meet me or experience a wedding I have coordinated, they always express they can see I love what I do. I am thrilled to get to help people in any way I can and to witness the love and joy I see at every wedding.  My services are perfect for those who want to enjoy the most out of their day, and want their friends and families to do the same!
 

Other fun facts about me:

I have a full house with two large, fluffy dogs and two adorable cats! I am definitely a pet friendly planner and would love to say hi to your ring-dog or flower dog.

If I am not working or spending time with my pets, I read obsessively, or I am out hiking, kayaking, ice skating or playing hockey.

My favorite movies/ TV series include Gilmore Girls, Lord of the Rings and the Avengers.

Ice cream will forever be my favorite food.
